Even if you dont have the app running, it will lock up the SERVER BROWSER. Even if BFBC2 is listed as TRUSTED/ALLOWED app within the Windows Firewall.
ONLY thing you can do is either play with your favorites / histroy, or uninstall Kasperski and reboot.
I actually had to uninstall it, reboot and it was back to normal.
