Running 3D Mark 06 Gamers Edition first with: 186.18
Then using the DriverCleaner.NET process and app, Installed 191.07
SM3.0 (Shader Model 3, which is what most games use) got a bump of 117. Not bad for software only change.
Dont forget to DUMP your Render Cache in games like BF2, BF2142 (in your User Documents / game/ mod/ folder), and then run a single player game to get the first pass rendering cache with the new drivers. Save you some wait time for multiplayer.
